Well I had a run-in with one of them. I was trying to get out a side road
and they decided to try to block me and ran into me. I got out and went
mental at the guy behind the wheel. Luckily there was no damage. F*cking
@rsehole though!

Yes I was driving back from Dumfries yesterday and followed one doing 30 in
a 60 zone and he wouldn't pull over

Sounds like a contradiction in terms. If they were blocking you, they
were in front. If they ran into you, you were in front. So by 'trying'
presumably you mean they were about to pass in front of you, and you
aggressively tried to push out into the lane of traffic. That may have
been inconsiderate on their behalf, but you were clearly in the wrong
by the rules of the road.

If he was trying to get out of a side road perhaps they ran into the
side of him from the main road, Perhaps he was in the centre of the
road to do a right turn waiting for a gap from the left also perhaps
the road from the right was clear when he started and the usual type
of numpty that attends GP's thought he had the god given right of way
if they come around a corner from the left at speed.
How do you know for sure he was in the wrong, were you the guy that
hit him?

Actually, there was a queue of traffic. As I approached, they started to
close the gap they had left, but there was still enough room to get my nose
in. 2 seconds (yes 2 seconds) later their car kept rolling into me.
