Does anyone know how Fares Increases are "regulated" by the SRA (or who 
ever the hells in charge this week) for One Railway now?

We're hearing that there will be another fares increase at the December 
Timetable change, which will total 3 in 1 year (Jan 3rd, Jun 12th and 
Dec 11th)

With the extremely poor service provided these days compared with the 
previous operators (and there was us thinking that no one would do worse 
than Anglia), condition of the stock (someone please tell Norwich Depot 
that wheels should be round), and now the news that the 360s are going 
to Silverlink/Central for some knackered 321s in return how can they 
justify what will be something like a 12%-15% increase within a year?
