the next bus strike
I was hoping it was going to be a week day again but unfortunately its the
weekend. Boo!
I was amazed during the strike how well the traffic flowed and it also
increased the amount of people walking and cycling to work. If only every
day was like that.
Looks like we don't have a congestion problem after all, just a laziness
problem and too many bus lanes.

Rubbish. It's quite clear, buses cause most of the congestion.

Driving through the city centre every day from Abbey Hill on my way to Coat
Bridge I must admit that day (when the buses were on strike) was the easiest
calmest and most free flowing for years ! It is quite obvious that buses and
large vehicles cause the congestion ! Also the fact that they get half the
lanes with the greenways now doesn't help. The council need their heads
checked, they have done nothing but make the traffic worse for years.

There is something screwy with the quoting on your newsreader. Whenever
you post a reply it seems to include your own message as part of the
quote, making it hard to see just what is stuff you are saying, and
what is text you are quoting.
