Getting trolls kicked off their ISP. Report and boast about it if you
must but all you are doing is putting yourself and the ng in question
in the firing line. To see the damage this course of action can bring
to an ng visit <uk.local.essx>. I have no time for the author of www
page given below but the anti troll faq is worth reading.

Free ISPs are ten a penny, and the Troll can easily get
another account and continue as before.

Some Trolls can have several paid for internet accounts.
