20309+bits @ the Junction   
Sorry in advance that this is a bit of a spotter report!

DRS 20 309 was in Platform 4 at Llandudno Junction about 9pm tonight
heading westward.  It had 3 blue Network Rail tanks and a blue coach at
the rear (looked like an old multiple unit).

Can someone shed some light on what this train was and where it was
heading?  It seemed quite an unusual working for the Coast.

Sounds as though you've seen the weedkiller train which is busy
defoliating the track in the West North Wales area...

(The N.Wales gen list would help you with items like this.)

I believe it is a "Weed Killer" train.

Don't apologise! The more neds the better in here.

Might counter some of the whingers who seem to think this group a forum 
for complaints which should otherwise be lodged with their respective
