A drop of water nestled on a Foxglove
A better place to nestle, couldn't be
But then a breeze blew by and sent it flying
Onto the bark of some old apple tree
It's travels cause the drop to be much slimmer
Casting off it's tears to every side
For the Foxglove, being one romantic fellow
Had asked the drop to be his blushing bride
This drop of water feeling awfully saddened
Knew this kind of problem soon to solve
While clinging to the bark of this old apple tree
Would in protest, simply just, dissolve.

You are too late, probably.I'm a V.I.P. very important person. A lady in USA
called Anne, read one of my poems and liked it and sent a thank you on
Tony's Cumbria and asked for more. I'm a V.I.P now. I don't think I can
