Moved into a houe a whle ago and startng to decorate,a couple of the bedroom
ceilings at some point have been re-plastered now the problem i have is that
a white paint has been used assuming as a base coat but it's started to peel
off,the peeling follows the shape of the boards and looks a mess,unless  get
it re-skmmed is there another solution.
