changing spark plugs on vw polo '98 1l
how do you get the ht leads off the plugs without damaging anything? Haynes
says "hold the fitting and pull them off". Well they wont move; they wont
even rotate. They are quite hard to grip with the fingers in spite of the
rubber corrugations at the top of the aluminium tube. I've cahnged the plugs
on my old metro many times and never had this problem! Any suggestions or
advice? tia mike

use the special ht boot puller pliers that you need. an alternate might be
to make a hook and pull the plug boot from the far end
