Not at all Scott (thank you).
However the job position has been advertised in the usal manner, the 
problem is that the majority of applicants come from soft and cosy 
backgrounds, which means that they are either put off by getting their 
hands dirty or hate rain running down their necks :)
So, IMHO the best sort of chap or girl for the job, is the sort of 
person who likes pest control.
