Hi, one is an intermittant problem, the other has been fixed but I'm wary of 
it returning.
Firstly, the rear window wiper only works intermittently, are the steering 
column stalks known to be reliable on these and also would it mean a failed 
MOT?
Secondly, my engine staring running really sluggishly, had been serviced two 
months ago, my local garage had it in for the day and found one of the spark 
plugs was rusty near the middle. He said water must have gotten near it, how 
could this be though, the spark plugs are under the bonnet. I had a look 
under the bonnet and was none the wiser, admittedly I know nothing about 
cars. Any idea where I should be looking?
