David Begg - on the take...
David Begg, the man who started all the transport shenanigans in Edinburgh
before being "promoted" to National Transport guru in the Government, has
joined the board of First Group, one of the largest suppliers of public
transport in Britain. So no conflict of interest there then - he will
consider any proposals to benefit the motorist and not force the public to
pay to use his employers services with an open and fair mind....
