The Patient Support Trust prevented an International Commercial Fraud 
Ring, run from Kent from seizing its 2 properties yesterday.  This would 
have been a 2,000,000 fraud.
This would have destroyed the Patient Support Trust and would have seen 
the 'fake' bankruptcies of Yolande Lindridge and her 2 children.

Following the murder of John Monckton (Legal & General) on 29.11.2004, 
Kent Police arrested 831 in Kent.  A Herne Bay Estate Agent committed 
suicide in the New Year.

The Fraud Ring consists of Estate Agents, Police, Mortgage Brokers, 
Solicitors and Mortgage suppliers; it has links to Ireland, Wales, 
France, Spain, Cuba, Dubai, Bermuda and South Africa.  NCIS have been 
gathering data on a Province of East Kent mason 'organised crime ring' 
for some years.


STATEMENT OF CASE

YOLANDE LINDRIDGE & TOM LINDRIDGE & LAUREN LINDRIDGE & A FRENCH NATIONAL 
& PATIENT SUPPORT LTD & THE PATIENT SUPPORT TRUST

ALLIANCE& LEICESTER


Yolande Lindridge attends Court on behalf of herself, Tom Lindridge, 
Lauren Lindridge, a French Guest, Patient Support Ltd and the Patient 
Support Trust.

Our financial institutions / banks are able to ward off 90% of Frauds; 
in the remaining 10% of frauds the Bank has to pay out the victim and 
then either seeks to recover the loss or writes it off (see Jo-Anne 
Nadler's Fraud on P. 22 of the Daily Mail 9.3.2005) and 
www.standyourground.co.uk).  This Case is part of a 6 year battle over 
'land'.

Yolande Lindridge is a humanitarian who acts on behalf of many less 
fortunate and able. In April 1998 she published her vision /mission 
statement in relation to a better Kent for all.  On 5.8.98, Yolande 
Lindridge was appointed the leader /representative of the 3,000+ 
business members of the Kent Chamber of Commerce & Industry at the 
Winding Up Meeting of the KCCI at the Great Danes Hotel.  The KCCI Fraud 
was opposed by us as we tried to persuade the Cartel to honour the name 
'Chamber' and its responsibilities to those being defrauded.  Cartel 
members are serial abusers who believe in the right to abuse 'one and 
all'; a 500,000 Kent Chamber fraud proceeded.

On 5.8.98, Yolande Lindridge experienced for the first time a 'dark 
side' of business in Kent ie criminality/ thuggery/ threats by 
'respectable' businessmen/ 'pillars of society'.  The Cartel decided to 
make a public example of the leader of the Creditors and Members of the 
Kent Chamber of Commerce & Industry ie to show everyone who might follow 
in her footsteps that the Cartel have the power to conspire / 'gang up' 
to defraud anyone / any business.  The Cartel brought down the Kent 
Chamber of Commerce & Industry, 'ridiculed' it publicly, defrauded its 
Creditors and Members - and shared out its assets amongst themselves.  
British Intelligence/ NCIS came into the life of Yolande Lindridge 
around that time.  The Cartel decided to do the same to Yolande 
Lindridge, her assets/ business ie just as they had done to KCCI's 
assets.

As a consequence of the KCCI Fraud involvement, Yolande Lindridge's 
children were targeted in Maidstone - our controlling Maidstone Cartel 
was implicated and Maidstone Police found this type of paedophile 
activity to be wholly acceptable.  After the 'sick and sadistic' attack 
on Tom Lindridge on his way home from school / in the Chequers Centre in 
Maidstone on 1.12.98, it was decided to move home for a 'fresh' start; 
the 'Cartel' seized on the opportunity to progress their 
'entertainment'/ fraud/ asset-stripping plans. Tom's speech was 
ridiculed, he received threats and a cigarette was stubbed out on his 
forehead; then there was an attempt to entice his 14 year-old sister, 
Lauren, into a car just after we had moved to Little Caring Farm.  

To enable us to move home to Little Caring Farm, a Financial Adviser 
selected a suitable repayment mortgage with the Alliance & Leicester (he 
has since fled to Dubai after allegations of mis-selling mortgages 
surfaced).  We moved home with a Bridging Loan in place and watched the 
antics of the local property Cartel in ensuring that our previous home 
did not sell.  In March 1999, ie when the Lindridge family moved to 
Little Caring Farm, the Cartel were targeting our business and personal 
assets, trying to initiate 'fake' court cases.  In August 1999, I 
removed our former home from local Estate Agents, I placed a KM 
advertisement, I sold and completed its sale myself in 27 days ie to a 
Gynaecologist who was also suffering at the hands of the Cartel.  Was 
the intention to financially cripple us with our new mortgage?

My daughter Lauren vomited 2-3 times per week when she came into our 
home from school between May and October 2001; this was at the height of 
a terror campaign at our home requiring a Further Advance of 15,000 
from the Alliance & Leicester to increase security measures to protect 
our home, my children and our pets.

Cartel members had moved into place between January 1999 and January 
2000.  
In July 1999, Yolande Lindridge launched the Kent Business Network with 
2 other business leaders - it got off to a 'flying' start via an event 
at Brands Hatch.

On 9.2.2000, Yolande Lindridge was persuaded to have an operation that 
she did not need in the BMI Somerfield Hospital; deception was used to 
persuade.  On 14.2.2000, a vaginal hysterectomy took place and due to 
criminal negligence, various injuries eg MRSA were sustained.  Yolande 
Lindridge entered the private hospital a healthy woman and whilst there 
her health was sabotaged;  at that time she was Chair of the Kent 
Business Network, and the Bank of England, Invicta Radio, a local 
leading Rotarian, the BMI Somerfield Hospital etc were all on our 
Steering Committee.  If the details of the BMI Credit Card Fraud & 
Deception had been known (ie dangerous working practices, MRSA etc) - 
Yolande Lindridge and her KBN Steering Committee would have acted for 
the good /benefit of all patients using private facilities in Maidstone.  
As it was, YL, was duped into spreading MRSA in the NHS.

In the aftermath of the BMI Credit Card Fraud & Deception, 'warped' 
minds in the Cartel decided to seize on the MRSA opportunity to increase 
the sales of private medical insurance and to further de-fraud the NHS/ 
local community.  There are huge profits to be made out of private 
medicine and medication referrals.

The Cartel set plans in motion in case Yolande Lindridge ever discovered 
what they were up to and that she had been carrying MRSA for a 9 month 
period due to an 'open' wound injury ie between February and November 
2000.  In April 2000, a KBN Steering Committee meeting at Unit 6 The 
Oaks Business Village was disturbed because the upstairs tenants ie 
Reliance Security Services had brought down the ceiling via water.  This 
was a forerunner to 'covert' cameras and 'bugging' devices being placed 
in Yolande Lindridge's ground floor offices ie it operated as both an 
'MRSA early warning system' and an opportunity to gather intelligence on 
Yolande Lindridge's business clients, who were from some of Kent's 
largest companies.

The Maidstone and Medway County Courts are aware of the identity of 2 of 
the Cartel members (Maidstone residents) who were already in place ie 
ready to defraud, before the health sabotage in the BMI Somerfield 
Hospital took place:-
1 Giles & Owen Smith of Sandling (G-Forces Web Management) and now 
identified as associates of my Financial Adviser ex-husband since his 
eviction from our marital home on 3.9.80.  (See KM June 2004).  G-Forces 
Web Management were found guilty of sabotaging the Patient Support web-
site between June and September 2000, they then progressed to making 
nuisance calls to Yolande Lindridge and Patient Support.  A Sandling 
Resident ie Clive Taylor-Sholl showed Yolande Lindridge the location of 
a 1980 Sandling Rape and also identified witnesses from 1980.  These 
witnesses were summonsed to the Maidstone County Court for a Hearing on 
10.1.2003.  Clive Taylor-Sholl now faces a Maidstone Crown Court trial 
shortly, has he offended the Cartel?
2 Gary Beckley, an Independent freemason Health & Safety Adviser who 
gets work via referrals from people like Yolande Lindridge and Financial 
Advisers. Beckley now advertises Yolande Lindridge's Health & Safety 
business in the Kent Messenger.  The Medway County Court only made 
Beckley pay Yolande Lindridge in the region of 300 for her business and 
as compensation for the other criminal acts that he committed.  In 
December 2004, the Medway County Court ordered that Yolande Lindridge 
compensated the Ground Floor tenant of Unit 6 The Oaks Business Village 
(Paul William French at Pioneer Contract Kitchens) for the criminal, 
fraud and property damage that he done whilst a tenant.  Paul French 
conspired with the Cartel to asset strip Yolande Lindridge / make her 
bankrupt and share out her assets; this involved a 'forged' fax, mis-use 
of mail and a 'fake' criminal conviction via the fax number that he had 
taken over when Yolande Lindridge was driven out of business by the 
Cartel, due to chronic health problems (23.12.2003).

Matters progressed from August 2000 ie from when the Medway County Court 
ordered Beckley to compensate by a pittance his criminal acts, to the 
Maidstone County Court on 24.7.2001 where a different theme was started 
ie 'if we want you to lose, you will lose" and from that time onwards, 
Yolande Lindridge has been directed to compensate the Cartel for their 
criminal acts.  The Property & Asset-Stripping Cartel includes the 
Alliance & Leicester (see documents from 2001 onwards).

On 23.7.2002, Yolande Lindridge filed in the Royal Courts of Justice a 
class/ group action against 25 businesses in the Cartel (HQ020X02379).  
Yolande Lindridge expects to meet shortly with senior members of the 
Province of East Kent masons to discuss a 'charity' donation from the 
Cartel.

Cartel members can kill or attempt to kill or to seriously injure in 
pursuit of either their own entertainment or their 'profit at any 
price' approach to life; they have sick and warped minds.  There is pure 
'evil' operating within the Cartel.  The Cartel has even targeted its 
own fellow masons/ associates eg Malcolm Denyer.

John Monckton of the Legal & General was murdered at his home on 
29.11.2004; Legal & General are the marketing group for Life Policies 
etc at the Alliance & Leicester.  Colonial Mutual Life were agents of 
the (Alliance & Leicester) when we started married life in Maidstone and 
took out an endowment mortgage (+ life policy with the Alliance & 
Leicester) on 28.7.78. The endowment was expected to mature on 
27.7.2003; on 8.4.2003 the Maidstone County Court (DDJ Armstrong) 
ordered that details of the Endowment & Life Policy et al be filed into 
Court for a Hearing on 17.7.2003.  Fraudulent 'bail conditions' imposed 
on 4.7.2003 prevented attendance at the Maidstone County Court Hearing 
on 17.7.2003; a suspicious car crash involving Yolande Lindridge's child 
on 25.7.2003 deterred any appeal being made re: the Hearing of 17.7.2003 
until finances required action ie on 26.11.2004.

Yolande Lindridge has 2 'test cases' that if they had succeeded, may 
have opened the doors to compensation claims (BMI and the Alliance & 
Leicester) for many.  
Were Credit Licences and reputations at risk, just like profits are?

Nat West Bank /Nat West Credit Card are in breach of the undertaking 
that they gave the Medway County Court on 10.6.2002 (CJ Cryan) re: fraud 
and Yolande Lindridge's/ Patient Support/ Laurom Health & Safety Ltd 
accounts.

HSBC gave a fraudulent reference for tenant Paul William French of 
Pioneer Contract Kitchens.  Little Caring Farm tenant in September / 
October 2004 (Sandy Gale) identified her relationship with Cartel 
members (Rob Venn of Herne Bay and Nigel Peck) after paying a deposit 
re: Little Caring Farm;  evidence of her involvement in the Cartel then 
followed and are a public record.  Cartel members and their associates 
have been working in parallel at Unit 6 and at Little Caring Farm via 
tenancies.

A Cartel member has committed suicide since there were 831 arrests in 
Kent at the end of 2004 ie an Estate Agent in Herne Bay; other Estate 
Agents have shut up shop and fled abroad (eg in Hempstead Valley), as 
have Financial Advisers also.

The Cartel is involved in nationwide land and property scams; the 831 
arrests in Kent were instigated by Customs & Excise, the Office of Fair 
Trading & Police. There are now nearly 400,000 homeless people in the 
UK, costing the taxpayer 1.6 billion pounds - many are needlessly made 
homeless by the Cartel.  There are more profits to be made out of making 
'fake' repossessions than offering low interest mortgages; there are 
more profits to be made for financial advisers out of selling mortgages 
after organised crime has intervened to generate a 'fake' CCJ eg Grouts 
Locksmiths v Yolande Lindridge/ jack up mortgage costs.  The fraudulent 
work of Grouts and Martin Simpson (Ist Alert) were funded by an Alliance 
& Leicester Further Advance of 15,000 in July 2001 ie to pay for 
increased security measures at Little Caring Farm eg Reliance Security 
Guards, Locks, CCTV etc to protect our joint asset.

A tenant at Unit 6, who absconded owing monies in May 2004, has recently 
been back and interfered with both the alarms in both Units and the Gas.  
The constant ringing of the 2 different sets of alarms deters 
prospective new tenants at Unit 6. 

The asset-stripping / health-sabotaging Cartel are driving 200,000 
people a year out of the UK via their activities; this clearly keeps the 
property market busy but forces businesses to either close down or set 
up aside of Kent/ the UK.

I do understand how important it is for the Financial Institutions/ the 
Cartel to make myself and both my children bankrupt, to destroy Patient 
Support Ltd, the Patient Support Trust and to share out our assets 
amongst themselves.  I understand that this happens to our most 
successful growing businesses in the UK.  Anywhere there are good profit 
margins to be made, a Cartel is drawn like a magnet - is crime the only 
way that they can achieve their financial and other ambitions?

I do understand how important it was for the Cartel to destroy Malcolm 
Denyer's repayment mortgage business and put him on the scrap heap ie he 
was offering cheaper mortgages than anyone else and was warning clients 
about endowments.

'Profit at any price' hates honest, decent business people who do what's 
best for everyone.  The corrupt hate having the light shone on them and 
they hate people knowing who they are and their normal mode of operation 
re: fraud.

I understand the importance of using Domestic Violence being against 
myself and my children to teach every wife that she must know her place 
and expect to offer no resistance when being abused.  

I understand the importance of destroying myself and my children so 
publicly, it teaches every other target or victim of the Cartel to give 
up their assets without a fight ie to the Cartel, or suffer like myself 
and my children.

I understand that I am seen as one of the 2 most important leaders of 
England's victims (Geoffrey Scriven is the other);  Dafydd Morgan is the 
leader in Wales and Duncan Shields id the leader in Scotland with Ann 
Mallaby of Women's Land Rights.

Victims of conspiracy/ organised crime throughout the UK are awaiting 
news of the outcome of this Hearing.  Prayers are being said for me and 
my children.

Nobody can say that I have not put up a good for fight to hang onto our 
land and assets;  I have survived 2 breakdowns ie a BMI PTSD and a 
nervous breakdown, 
2 attempts on my life involving cars (20.2.2002 and 20.12.2002) and 2 
attempts on the life of my child and his teenage friends (25.7.2003 and 
21.1.2005) etc etc

On 9.6.2001, I was terrified for my life and my children's - the message 
I received over the phone was that we were expected to abandon our home 
and our assets and to leave Kent asap.  On 13.6.2001 I had an attitude 
change and decided to stop feeling so frightened and to stand my ground 
against those that were abusing me; I started pursing them. There is a

I do understand the importance to my ex-husband of having child and 
patient protection become a criminal offence via myself;  I do 
understand the importance for him et al of having me injured and all my 
tools of trade removed and all my employment opportunities in Kent, 
blocked.  I do understand the importance of revenge for the eviction 
notice served on him with my life-long court protection order.  I do 
understand his anger and frustration when my assisted attempted suicide 
failed on 3.9.80 and he failed to persuade me to commit suicide between 
13-15 July 2003.

I do understand the importance of the Alliance & Leicester having both 
our 'Land' and 'Property'.  The plans for the Leeds/ Langley bypass have 
been delayed and therefore the plans for certain local residents to 
become multi-millionaires via 'land' whose classification changes.  But 
we are not part of the Cartel;  no one wants the Patient Support Trust 
to have money for our Projects.  We have a parcel of land that is worth 
25,000 without planning permission, but it is worth to us 1,000,000+ 
with planning permission - how much money are others in my area waiting 
to gain after we are safely out the way and housing plans move forward?
I do understand why the Alliance & Leicester does not want our mortgage 
business.
I do understand why we have been told to destroy the Patient Support 
Trust.
I do understand why either a sale or a repossession is important;  is 
the prospective buyer genuine or is he/she fronting for the Cartel?  

Our House + Land Sale was forced via 'organised crime'; what are the 
conveyancing implications in relation to the 2002 Proceeds of Crime Act?

Summary

The Alliance & Leicester has entered into 2 mortgage agreements with 
Yolande Lindridge, which both involve fraud:-

1 On 28.7.78
2 On 29.3.99

It is up to the Police to decide with there was ever the intention to 
allow the Little Caring Farm mortgage to reach full-term or whether the 
property + land was always on 'loan'?   The Conveyancing in the purchase 
of Little Caring Farm supports the view that the Property + Land was 
always 'on loan';  safeguards were built in re: the land and who the 
beneficiary should be if it were used for housing (ie the vendor).

We attach a copy of a letter from Savills of 5.1.2005 who sold us Little 
Caring Farm in the first place.

We attach a copy of a letter of 15.3.2005 to Maidstone Police Station, 
with accompanying letter to the Court of Appeal of 26.11.2004 + vision 
for Kent published in April 1998.  This was followed up by 3 screws 
being screwed into our family's car tyres outside of our Lordswood 
Offices.

We attach an e-mail of 2.2.2005 to Sir Sandy Bruce-Lockhart from Suzon 
Forscey-Moore.

We request that the Repossession Notice is set aside and varied ie we 
request that the Alliance & Leicester compensate us for our Frauds as 
this is their responsibility; there is a public record via the courts as 
to who has defrauded us and so they are in a position to recover these 
monies whereas we are not.  The Courts respect banks and financial 
institutions, but not people like me.  Justice and Compensation re: 
frauds will be available to the Alliance & Leicester whereas it is 
impossible for me because I am neither Upper Class nor a Big Business.
