dont know if its been posted before it needs a wee free plug in but i was
pretty amazed at the resolution

i can even tell that im at home when the image was taken cos i can make out
my car outside my house

i have downloaded the image to keep it's just over 2 gigs ,

These photo's are well old though probably between 5 - 8 years old. I can 
see one of previous motors parked outside my house and also i am  still 
surrounded by green which have now had loads of flats put up on them in the 
last few years.

Still interesting though. Don't know how to download the whole map though.
