Restaurant style chinese curry   
Does anyone have a recipe or a guide to make restaurant style chinese curry,
from the branded curry pastes in supermarkets..or from ground spices please
?

go http://www.wingyip.co.uk/  and choose "Own Brand Products" & look for
Original Chinese Curry Sauce Concentrate. Recipe + product placement all
there... hope this is what you're looking for.

UK Chinese restaurant/takeaway curry must be one of the most requested
recipes on this ng, sigh... lets hope our tastes buds improve.. man doesn't
live on Chinese curry alone you know.

Yes been there & back... it was SWELTERING!!! 90% humidity, worst then the
recent heatwave here... will post pics to my yahoo photo gallery soon. If
you can get alt.binaries.food, i've been posting there over the last week.

how's the caravan?

You must let us have the URL of your photo gallery.  Sorry but I cannot get
alt.binaries.food on NTL.  Either that or I am doing something wrong.  The
caravan is fine.  We were in Normandy for 31 days from the 9th May.  Did not
go any further as the car was playing up.  Mostly we ate fish, shellfish and
pork. Plenty of wine to wash it down.  I did take a little bit of Madras
curry powder and we had a couple of curries to remind us of England :-)
