Ashley Hedgers Racist Murderers Acquitted

Surprise surprise.

After the Asian shopkeeper in who's shop doorway Ashley was murdered
retracted his statement at the trial which ID'd the fellow Asian murderers
three of the four of the defendants were found not guilty and the jury
failed to reach a verdict on the fourth.

This clearly racist murder has gone almost totally unreported by the
national media and given very little coverage in the local London area. Did
the BBC report the outcome of the trial? I never saw/heard any report.

There is nothing on the BBC website that I can find.

I had to wait for the weekly local rag to publish before I knew of the
outcome.

They have a website, but have not put this report on it. I wonder why?

(Ironically there is a report of another black-on-white murder which
occurred in the borough this last week.)

Will it receive the notoriety of the Steven Lawrence murder and become a
cause celebre for the media? A white English lad from a Barnardo's home
killed by four to seven Asians exiting a mosque.

Will voices be heard demanding a shake-up in the police force from the CRE
and media?

Don't hold your breath.

This crime has already been swept under the table.

The police have refuted the fact it was a racist murder when
the facts plainly show it was. Yet with the recent murder of the gay David
Morley on the south bank, the investigating officer said he would treat the
murder as homophobic unless it was proved conclusively not to be.

What hypocrisy!

We now have institutionalised political correctness.  McPherson  McPherson
where are you? We need another report.

It is also clearly a cover-up by the local Asian community. The murder in
the middle of the day in an area of nearly 100% Asian population,  when the
murder weapon was a ceremonial Islamic dagger from the local mosque, and the
murderer(s) came from the mosque, the major prosecution witnesses were white
passers-by.

What's the message? It seems if your white English living in an inner city
immigrant area, don't expect any protection or justice from the
establishment or even acknowledgement from the media that you exist.

I enclose a report of a witness statement below from the trial describing
the murder for those of you who are unaware of the circumstances.

"I saw knife stuck into lad's skull"

A student told a court last week how he watched in horror as a thug in
Islamic dress repeatedly plunged a knife into the skull of  a terrified
teenage victim whop was pleading for his life.

S* K*, 19 told the old Bailey how he saw 3 Asian men attacking 16 yo Banardo
boy Ashley Hedger during a frenzied assault in the doorway of a grocery
store in Upton Park.

He described how as desparate Ashley, who died later from multiple stab
wounds tried to escape into the Plashet Road shop the owners told him "we
dont want any trouble here" and prevented him from entering.

As ashley tried to escape through vegetable racks Mr K told how a third man
came from a nearby Islamic Centre and joined in the vicious attack.

Crouched

Mr K said "He was in  traditional clothing. The victim was crouched down,
half sitting on the ground with his arms up protecting his head. He was
being attacked from all sides. They were punching and taking it in turns.
The victim was pleading for his life. He was saying 'I've had enough stop
stop'".
Two of the three attackers were in traditional Muslim garb Mr K said and the
third wore a green bomber jacket.

Earlier the court heard how Ashley was killed in a case of mistaken ID after
two of his friends tried to rob defendant Mohammed Alim.

Alim and another boy ran to get reinforcements from the local Mosque, and
Ashley was wrongly pointed out as one of the robbers, the court heard.

As he tried to escape his jacket was ripped off and he was chased into the
shop doorway and murdered, the court heard.

Alim and Amran Siddik, both of Upton Park Road, Forest Gate, aklong with
Raju Rahman, of Penge Rd and Albab Chowdhury of Harold Rd, both Upton Park -
all aged 18 - deny murder on Jan 16 this year.

Local resident Mr K went on " I was asking the attackers to stop and leave
hime alone. He was cowering on the floor. I went to the door of the shop to
ask the occupents fro help." He said he knew the owner and his son whio were
inside with several others.

He said Ashley was directly behind him, half in and half out of the shop
entrance. Mr K added: "He was being dragged out
by his attackers. I saw the man with the whispy beard in traditional dress
reach instide his clothing and deliver very hard quick blows to the head."

Massive

This was the same man, he said, who had torn the victims jacket off earlier.

Mr K said: "He used a massive amount of force. He raised his arm above his
head before he brought it down.

"The victim slumped forward and exhaled all the air in his body. He rolled
onto his back. I saw the handle of the knife sticking from his temple. There
was no blade to be seen, just a wooden handle.

"To the side there was a massive hole where the skin had been split. I
turned to the owner of the shop and said you had better get an ambulance. He
said 'its coming'.
After leaving the scene Mr K said he walked home and cae across one of the
assailants who had been wearing the green bomber jacket.
He said "He was out of breath and panting. I asked him what was that all
about? he said "Fuck knows mate.'

Ashley was found to have four stab wounds. One had penetrated his skull by
more than 6 centimetres. Another had penetrated his left lung, causing it to
collaps, and a third sliced into his heart.

He died the same day in The Royal London Hospital, after heavy internal
bleeding and suffering a heart attack.
