Heard something recently about the possiblity of a class 20 hauled tour
to Scarborough in September using Harry Needle locos.
Does anyone have any further info such as dates whether this tour is
likely to run?

Say for example I wanted to travel from Millbrook to Bournemouth. The
fastest way is to take a train to Soton Central then back out to
Bournemouth.. Is this technically allowed? or could one fall prey to the
doubling back rule???
