Central Trains Class 350s - when will full introduction to service take place?

Hi,
AIUI Central Trains are making limited use of Class 350s at the
momement with just a Crewe-Birmingham trip in the morning and the 1651
New Street-Preston in the afternoon.
Any idea when they are likely to be introduced ...

Why does it take Virgin Trains 7 hours to decide how to react when one of
their trains hits a cow?
The brakes were damaged in the collision, which makes me wonder why the
trains are not fitted with Cow Catchers to prevent ...

to arrive at Bournemouth at 2032 scheduled to arrive at 0139 and the
