Enquired today why I had not received a refund on a ticket returned nearly 8
weeks ago. GNER passed me round for 20 minutes, and then asked where I had
sent the tickets. I said trainline.com as instructed by their website ...

coming back on Sunday (France for the weekend). I asked for a period

have the benefits of a Gold Card... I know a ryde esplanade/st johns is the
cheapest, but the 6 free weekend tickets from SWT would make up for paying ...

able to get into St Pancras when it is finished?
