I need to trim the plinths that go under our kitchen units as they wont fit
with the new tiles in place.
With the plinths being the usual chipboard with a thin laminate coating, I
am trying to avoid chipping the laminate ...

How long can I leave flux on copper pipes?

I am about to start a complicated run in copper and it may take me a
couple of weeks before I can get water in to flush out any flux added
when making the joints.
Is it OK to leave flux hanging around in the pipes after soldering ...

As subject. Bench drill seems to be very vibey ? is there an adjustment
on a Sip bench drill to make sure the drill chuck is running true. Any
other reasons why i'd end up with a trianguar hole in thin sheet stock

There seems to be some white discolouration/stain on them. Should I seal
the blocks with pva first or just use the masonary paint straight onto
the blocks?
