I'm going to run a gas pipe from the meter to the kitchen the other side of
the wall
(trying to save costs, leaving the connections for the corgi man later in
the week)
I beleive I need to run the pipe through a sleeve ...

Tie up the ball valve in the tank in the loft.
Connect hose pipe to drain valve on bottom rad and drain - opening air
screws, upstairs, then downstairs when level has dropped

What product is recommended to remove the rust stains from a masonary
(rendered) wall and seal the rust? Also the nail heads, fixing the beading
in the windows are rusting too, so I need to do the same thing with the ...

Bought a 18v cordless hammer drill from Tesco for 29.99.
Not expecting great things from it, but it does what I need.
Does anyone know who actually make theses drills, looking for a

Telephone cables running too close to mains cables - shielding?

mains electricity cables in the floor, the recommended distance is 3cm away,
in places it is closer.

doesn't have one, but the cylinder is coated in a sort of foam insulation.
