Daewoo Lanos 1.4 (8valve). I was hoping this would be a straightforward

Is it feasible to tension the cambelt at home, without the factory
tool ??
Haynes manual says don't do it, send it to a garage. But that defeats
the object dosen't it.

My wifes astra (M reg 8v petrol) is losing a lot of water.
Garage told her that their was no leaks, as they had pressure tested
it. Just keep topping the water up ??

I've an '84 Classic Range Rover featuring a lower tailgate with external
lever.
Would the fittings etc of a later model with internal lever be suitable for
a straight swap, as mine is now rusting?

high lambda - MOT fail

My L reg 1.6 Primera has just failed the MOT on high lambda by the
narrowest of margins.
1st attempt 1.048, 2nd attempt 1.032 (vs limit 1.030)
I understand high lambda means too much oxygen in the exhaust.
