Anyone know where I could find the stud that locks the centre cap on a
Laguna 16" Alloy wheel?
Renault won't sell these on their own. They only sell a set of 4 plus key
for 18 + VAT.
I've tried my local scrap yards but no ...

Laguna temp sensor

Acquired a 1997 Renault Laguna recently, and noticed today that the display
next to clock and radio showed 40C.
I'd like to know what on earth that is measuring, but can't find (in Haynes
anyway) where the external temp sensor ...

corsa misfiring

just bought a corsa 1.2 when started up the engine runs smooth but as soon
as the accelerator is apply the engine stats to misfire ive changed the
spark plugs h/t leads has any body got any suggestions it would stop me
from going insane.....

Bloody brake calipers

Passat is up on it's jack at the moment, minus one rear wheel and one
brake caliper.
Can I line up the bolts to bolt the caliper back on without
cross-threading...... can I fsck.
Any ideas, 'cos this is pissing me off ...

Does anyone know what the two sockets below the fuse box in a 2004 Mondeo
might be? (The interior fuse box, behind the glove box) My Diesel has a blue
one and a beige one, both seem to have a constant live and an ignition ...

Right, it is my mothers car, great little runner with good bodywork,

It has developed a fault with the engine. On tickover it will rev up
and down between 400 to about 1300 rpm. It initially developed this
problem ...

Whenever I start the car and pull away for the first time there is a
horrible loud noise which sounds like metal scraping against metal. I
first thought it was coming from the driveshaft or suspension area but
have know pinpointed ...

I didn't have the equipment to do a proper flush/vacuum fill, so just
filled with the R314 (R12 substitute) in liquid, 600grammes as opposed
to 702grammes R12.
Figured I would find out within a cuple of hours to a couple ...

Is it possible to clean the PCV system on a 1990 Alltrac/GT4 without
removing the cam cover/intercooler/throttlebody/EGR etc?
I'm gettting a lot of oil loss, and it has gotten worse since I replaced
the cam cover gasket ...

had experienced similar from VW 2.0 TDI 140bhp (Touran).
It idles very lumpy (Worse when warm), hesitates under acceleration and
