Pug 405 bizarre radiator pipe fittings?

I've recently aquired an old Pug 405 1.9 TD (1992) which looks like
it's got a new radiator. I've had to replace the lower rad pipe
because it was rubbing on the drive shaft for the wheel on that side
(nice design!) and sprung ...

The Terrano has been sorted - pretty quickly. It turned out to need a
new Air Mass Meter which I think is also known as an Air Flow Meter.

420 gsi (1991) it is a non turbo petrol car and I am replacing the head with

The headlining in the rear half of my car has come loose.
It's a thin foam backed fabric, with what looks like a fibreglass board
behind it. The fabric was glued to the fibreglass and has now come off.
