Why do the police get free travel on the buses?
Sat, 06 May 2006 03:30:30 +0100
Our policemen and women are not poorly paid. They are probably one of
the best paid professionals who don't need a university degree. Yet

Is it illegal for busdrivers to question passengers' disability (or
apparent lack thereof) when fit young men get on and use their orange

Item on the bbc.
It says an oap was not allowed to travel on a bus because she was carrying a
tin of paint,
It also says the driver was correct, yet the bus company still sent the
passenger flowers and an apology
