Why is there no bus service (i.e. limited-stop stage carriage) between
Leicester and Birmingham?
There must be a large demand for travel between the two, with many
companies having regional offices in Brum, 'Corps of Commissionaires'
and 'Securitas' are two that I know of, and it being a national hub

Veolia in York?

Veolia appear to be taking over some routes in York from next week,
including the Top Line Travel 'circle' route (which I use on a
semi-regular basis, hence saw this change posted on one of the buses) and
a bunch of others (not sure if they're from Top Line or First).
Not heard of them before - anyone know ...

a phone or other form of player without headphones, and everybody else seems

Does anyone how many buses operate on behalf of London Buses (or know
how I can find out)? And how many of these are double deckers, single

Bus shelters and the smoking ban

The smoking ban, for England at any rate, is due to come into force on

Now, what I'm wondering is this. How will the new law affect bus

Well, now the Durham - Arnison Centre Pink Panther has bitten the dust,
looks like there could be a new Pink Panther... Go Northern have stated
painting the service 21 buses (Bishop Auckland/Durham - Newcastle) pink
instead, and given them pink LEDs for the route number on the frond
destination screen.
