Hello all,
Have at last, after any hours, managed to complete the blog of the
journey I recently made on National Express to Falmouth and back.
As in my previous blog, it's not all buses (although a lot of it is!),

Last large fleet of Nationals to die?

Chase buses who still own 31 Leyland Nationals, 29 of them operational
have sold out to Arriva today.
Staff were informed this afternoon.
I doubt Arriva will operate these for very long, in fact 4 Darts from
Arriva North West have Arrived at Cannock depot this week.
Anyone want photographs of these beast ...

Motorists who feel aggrieved by the extension of the London charging
zone have some positive assistance this week with the launch of a new
easy-to-read bus map for London.

Arriva NE 93 / X56

I see Arriva NE have re-routed their Middlesbrough - Whitby -
Scarborough through service via Loftus, adding 30 mins to the journey
time (now numbered X56). The direct Middlesbrough - Whitby route
(still 93) has a reduced service which terminates at Whitby.

Absolute rubbish, I was brought up to concider other people whether on a bus
or not, they do not think of anybody else only themselves, they seem to
think that other people want to listen to it as well, why dont they wear
headphones instead of subjecting everybody else to the crap they listen to,
