No more mobile phone 'tickets' (York ftr)
Sun, 24 Jun 2007 17:22:58 +0100
Seems like first York are abandoning the on-bus ticket machine and are
just using the conductors.
The email doesn't make it clear if the normal 10journey tickets are valid
on the ftr now (it only mentions week and month tickets).
Cheers
Chris

Big Bus
Tue, 19 Jun 2007 22:08:48 GMT
I was a tour guide / sales rep (ticket seller) for Big Bus for a period
in 2003. I notice from their currrent website that they have now
separated the roles. I was considered a good guide but a lousy seller so
I got sacked. I guess they've finally realised that combining the roles
was not a good idea - the com ...

what happened in Midlothian last night?
Fri, 08 Jun 2007 11:09:34 +0100
[crossposted - for utb readers, this is about Edinburgh]

night. Other LRT buses were running, and First seemed to be
operating a reduced 86 service (mostly the same route). I was
waiting at Surgeon's Hall - the BusTracker display kept saying
a no ...
