Issue with Asterisk and BT ISDN 30 (Full ETSI)

Just recently BT have started installing ISDN 30 with a new standard that
drops the inital 0.
This creates a problem for us and the CLIP presented to the user can't be
dialed.
An example would be : -
1923123456
It does the same thing with international numbers but this time you get the
country code but ...

We have discovered a "feature" of our setup is to cut-off calls after 1
hour. Anybody able to identify the point in the chain where this is
happening:
FritzBox --> Voxalot --> Voipcheap.com --> OneTel
I am guessing that it is VC.com that would be doing this...
