Moving VOIP number back to BT

I used to have two BT lines - I cancelled one of them a couple of years
ago and ported it to a VOIP company.
The remaining BT line runs my ADSL connection.
I now wish to move my VOIP number back to BT AND for it to replace my
current landline number (that has ADSL). I don't want any interruption

Almost every VOIP provider and their dog allows sending of SMS from their
website, and some allow sending of SMS through the SIP protocol. Quite
often these are easy to script.
But does anyone offer an SMS receive service? I'm thinking of a system

Ok the time has come for me to decide what i am doing with
2 BT numbers , i likely want to port them to VOIP as
BT cant move them due to Premises move as its on different
exchanges.
WHO, where , costs from anybody with experience in these
