router ?

I own an VOIP handset of the producer Global IP TEL.
The model is G300. It has a firmware version V1.51.008
I am looking for the operating manual and firmware update for this
phone, if someone could help me here ?

As our UK calls package has now expired and there is no way to renew it,
we're looking for another carrier to make outgoing calls through, at
leat until they pull their fingers out and launch a new package.
Which are the best ones to consider? Mostly calls to landlines, a very
few to mobiles, all UK numbers, ...

I'm using www.voipcheap.com for outgoing calls and have a BT landline for
incoming calls. Using another ATA similar to Grandstream HT-488 I have no
problem presenting my land-line phone number as caller-ID.

I've moved registration of my VOIP system (Asterisk 1.2.22) to
proxy.voip.co.uk:5060 (from register.voip.co.uk) as instructed in the
recent email. I've explicitly set the port as my Asterisk box was
losing registration, presumably due to SRV lookups (A problem identified

keytone not recognised by the remote system (from voip.co.uk)

Hi,
I just had this wierd issue. I am trying to get into a conference call,
where I need to dial 123456# to enter in the conference. None of the digit
where recognised by the conferencing system.
I have a SNOM 300
DTMF Payload Type: 101
Any ideas ?
