Virtual PBX provider? Reliable? Cheap too...

I guess the title says it all...
I already know voipfone, and I find them reliable... but not cheap
enough.
Any suggestions for a service with virtual PBX, auto-atendant/IVR? In,
or outside the UK, please?

I'm looking for recommendations for a cheap WIFI/SIP handset.
Having only realised the benefits of VOIP after getting my Nokia N95,
I'd like to buy a handset for my parents that they can use for outgoing
calls through voipcheap.com....but I'm really struggling to find

VOIPCheap incoming dial tone.

I have set up an incoming number with VoipCheap.co.uk. This connects ok.
However when other people dial this number they do not hear the standard
British ringing tone. I'm using a Linksys spa3102 but it is the same for
the software client.
Is there anyway to fix this. Presumably it is the same for all Betam ...

I want to set up a service with 2 numbers in the UK forwarding invisibly to
my office number here in SE Asia and also from this side, to set up free
voip calls from here to UK.
Am I best to contact UK based companies or Asian ones ?
i.e which is the best side to attack for the solution and can anyone
recommend ?? ...

is it just me or is voip confusing .......
i have always foud the plethora of mobile deals confusing and
hard to workout best value .............
VOIPS even more confusing ,ther seems to be a collection of
companies offering service but everyone seems to have a mixed views
on them , i see a compnay with good ...

I have 3 of the titled units;
1 As provided by Sipgate and works fine with two numbers.
Working on the "if it's not broke, don't fix" theory, I don't plan
to do change the firmware on this, UNLESS!
2. A TA612V with open firmware, this has my German
Sipgate numbers installed on line one and works fine also.
