Sat, 20 Jun 2009 14:35:47 -0700 (PDT)
Just a check: I have a Trixbox PBX and would like to test 999

Is it acceptable to dial 999 and ask them to confirm that they can
hear us?
Thanks ...

Fri, 12 Jun 2009 01:47:06 -0700 (PDT)
Hi,
Does anyone know if there's a way of dialling a phone provided by
Australian VOIP provider iinet without hitting the PSTN?
My Googling just finds posts from 2006 saying that iinet don't do
peering... but I'm hoping that might have changed.

A standalone phone for VOIP
Tue, 09 Jun 2009 23:06:39 +0100

06 Jun 2009 14:40:27 GMT
Checking last months phone bills and there are a couple of calls on
our BT bill that should not be there. The S450IP dialplan only puts
emergency and 08* numbers through BT, so I am at a loss to understand
how they got routed like that. Checking older bills I find that one of
those numbers, which is also on spe ...

virtual number and VOIP account Hon Kong, NZ
Fri, 5 Jun 2009 20:12:04 -0000
Any recommends/stay aways for VOIP (SIP) companies in these territories?
Most calls will be to and from UK but I need HK and Auckland virtual numbers
and billing in local currency if possible. A UK virtual number isn't that
