[?] N95 - can I lock out Mobile Internet browsing and downloading?

On the Nokia N95 phone, is it possible for me to lock out any access
to the Internet (browsing and downloading) whilst retaining normal
telephone speech and SMS functionality? I can't find anything about
that option in the Nokia User Manual and wonder if it might be an
undocumented feature.

Seems Like Vodafone are scrapping the Anynet & Anytime PAYT price plans from
September 1st and putting anyone on these price plans across to the new
'simply' tariff.
It seems that stop the clock will not be available to new PAYT customers

Been with Orange for a while but was thinking of moving elsewhere so I had a
rather pleasant experience when ringing them last night.
Presently on ¡ê30 200 mins + Unlimited texts + 200 mins for life (from
previous contract) + ¡ê8 30 Mb Data bundle. I noticed that Orange are now
offering a ¡ê7.50 250 Mb bundle.
