WiMAX throughput calculations

Hi all,
I am trying to calculate the PHY data rate of WiMAX (OFDMA-IEEE
208.16e) for different BW values (3.5,7,8.75,10,and 20MHz).
The WiMAX forum document (Mobile WiMAX ? Part I: A Technical Overview
and Performance Evaluation) gives these rates for DL PUSC for 5MHz,
and 10 MHz..
My calculations don't matc ...

Phorm wityh the big three

On TV last night the subject of Phorm came up and it was said the Big 3 ISPs
were into it, but their customers would be able to opt out.
If these 3 start doing the reporting of customers internet use to Phorm how
will such as I go on using Tesco who use Virgin one of these 3?
I guess many of us using a non big 3 ...

I have been with my current ISP for a number of years and have had a nice
stable rate of about 6500k down, 448k up.
I now notice that my down rate is 5500k but the up rate is over 700k. Is
this an indication that I've been LLU'd?

http://192.168.1.1 into the browser, a point in which you would hope to be
prompted with a login screen, the stupid bloody thing immediately redirects
to http://www.routerlogin.com/welcome.htm which is owned by Netgear (of
