01793 call-through?

I'm getting stuck with the 01793 call-through. I have used it
successfully for dailling 0845 numbers (my main reason for using it),
but for the last couple of days, it answers, I get Mechanical Meg asking
me to dial the number I want, then I get Mechanical Meg again. Is the
system just overloaded, or has it ...

I foolishly have buggered the preprogrammed BT SMS call centre number
in my S450IP. Can someone with one please check it for me please? The
BT helpful pdf file, which most likely does not mention this phone, is
undownloadable at present.

re-provide. But, I have just come in and there is no dial tone. Is
