Orchid Dialer - Routing Table
Wed, 30 Apr 2008 18:59:26 +0100
Being a new owner of an Orchid dialer I am trying to get my head round
the routing tables.
The good people at Orchid have given me a basic 18185 set up and allowed
for 999 calls etc.
I am wondering what happens to calls that do not fall within certain
rules, eg 1571, will this go via BT and if so why does ...

alongside their 0845 number. They stat ...

I am just about to reach the end of an 18 month contract with Euphony
and am wondering if I can get any savings by changing provider.
My problem is that I am self employed and need to divert my calls to a
mobile when I am out visiting customers.
Am I correct in thinking that which ever provider I use, the di ...

Analog/Digital radiation issues?
Mon, 28 Apr 2008 21:42:49 GMT
When DECT 'phones appeared, I recall concerns were voiced about a
possible threat to health from the radiation, which was claimed to be
more dangerous than that from mobiles. Partly for this reason, I
bought analog cordless 'phones. Are there any boffins out there who
can explain the basics of cordless 'phone ra ...

Unlimited Weekend or Unlimited Evening & Weekend with new line?
Mon, 28 Apr 2008 16:34:07 GMT
I'm planning on taking up BT's offer to connect my line for ¡ê29.99,
which requires me to sign up to an 18 month contract.
As far as I can tell, I'll pay the same (¡ê10.50/month with DD and
paperless billing) whether I choose the Unlimited Weekend or Unlimited
Evening & Weekend package, as the latter is free if yo ...
