countryside this afternoon and took a few photos at the new Amington
Junction on the way.

some passengers with carriers bags in thier possesion
I spoke to one of the P.C's who said it was a "terrorist excercise"
Well I don't have a problem with that,considering things that have

ECML Steam servicing near Huntingdon

Does anyone have local knowledge of how steam engines are serviced
just north of Huntingdon? For instance the steam trip tomorrow is
shown with arrival and departure times for Holme LC, but I assume it
doesn't water blocking the ECML for half an hour. On the southbound
up, it is shown as stopping in the Connington ...

National Rail disruptions geographical confusion

We had a number of threads in the past about passengers at Stansted Airport
being confused between trains to London Liverpool Street and those that used
to run through to Liverpool Lime Street.
But the Disruptions page seems to think that a bridge bash at Romford will
delay trains into Liverpool.
