September Engineering Works...

Apparently 13th and 14th are excluded from early booking since there are
going to be engineering works. I'm planning on travelling from
Newark-Reading, so have a choice of routes (via London, Nottingham-London,
and Birmingham) Anyone have any more information? NX say there are works, NR
say there aren't.
