Too much maths 'taught to test'

Almost half of England's schools are not teaching mathematics well
enough, putting too much emphasis on "teaching to the test", inspectors
have said.

I am looking for the stickiest double sided pads I can find for a new radio
project I want to try. I want to stick some pieces of metal to glass and
the installation will be outside in all weathers. Does anyone know the best
sticky pads to hold up in all weathers? I have tried some and they start to
