DAIWA PS-30XMII REGULATED DC PSU - schematic diagram wanted

Hello, I've tried Googling for the schematic diagram of the Diawa PS-30XMII
DC psu but have been unable to find one.
The variable 15V 30A psu has given up the ghost - it gives about 8V o/p on
the 13.8V setting although I can vary the o/p from 1 to about 10V.
