Moving home benefits query

Hypothetical as I may or may not be moving home.
I live in Portsmouth and may be moving to london early next year I claim DLA
Mid rate and IS.
My query is if I move do I just inform the above offices of a change of
address or do I have to locate the nearest jobcentre to me and make a new
claim with my new ...
