The scoundrels have cream crackered my JSA for turning down an agency temp
job, well I half turned it down, when the silly cow said she was going to
sanction me I agreed to apply, but then she wouldnt let me so I am going to
appeal.
Any advice on the law / case law, or legal process to do with JSA sanctions

Last year when I claimed Pension Credit and Housing/Council Tax
benefit I had to send all my documents, originals of course, to both
the Pension Credit department and HB dept. The PC dept weren't all
that quick and the HB dept wouldn't pay benefit until I was awarded

Can anyone tell me what are the qualifying conditions for receiving pension
credits after leaving paid employment.
Are they same as Jobseekers Allowance, ie, must not have left work
voluntarily without very good reason, not sacked due to misconduct etc. I

If claiming benefits, do the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
force you to take income from your pension fund as soon as the pesnion
rules allow it either through an annuity or unsecured pension/income

I was finally awarded DLA last year after a tribunal. I'm now in
receipt of Incapacity Benefit plus DLA (lower-rate mobility and middle-
rate care). My mother is not registered as a carer, as she is claiming
Jobseekers (JSA income based).. so effectively the carers' allowance
would cancel out what ...
