Back to Work interview

Hi,
I've been claiming IB JSA for nearly 3 months ahd have just received a
letter saying I need to attend a "Back to Work" interview. The
interview will take place a few days after the 3 mkonths date. I just
wanted to ask if it is normal to be asked to attend after 3 months or
whether something is up ? Also, ...

It is clear that inflation for those on social security is at least triple
that of the official figure, as most of their income goes on food and fuel.
By not addressing this issue it seems a Labour(so called) government
is quitue happy to freeze and starve the poorest in society without
so much as batting an eye ...

Housing benefit recoverable

I am self-employed, getting Tax Credits, and pay part of my rent myself. I
receive the rest as Housing Benefit from the council.
A review is due in October or November and I would be grateful if anyone
could help me answer a couple of questions in that regard.

If someone is on pension credit and unexpectedly finds thier spouse will get
an inheritance can they have it diverted to a son or daughter to help them
get on the housing ladder without it jeopardising the pension credit?
I knows its quite legal to have the inheritance paid to them but no idea
about the pension ...
