Limited capability for work assessment update
Fri, 5 Jun 2009 13:25:09 +0100

them for a written or spoken explanation.
This time they included an information sheet on what to do if I disagree

Limited capability for work assessment.
Thu, 4 Jun 2009 13:35:23 +0100
Just had the letter through from Cosham BDC. Scored 12 points, needed 15 I

There does not seem to be any right of appeal against this. Nothing included
with the letter to say what I should do next.
Of the 3 tick boxes, it says I am not entitled to 2. Income related ESA and
3. National Ins Credits.

(I know this isn't the most appropriate news-group, but
'uk.community.social-housing' is all but defunct now).

been subject to terrible harassment and intimidation by yobs on my

when you fuck them off out of one job with a 1.4 million pension only for
them to appear in yet another well paid job still making decisions that
affect us all. Unelected, still in power.
Dont forget to vote, it makes no fkin differe ...
