Did anyone hear about the case of the woman who worked all her life and was
made redundant. It was on the radio yesterday.
First off they told her she wasnt entitled to JSA so she contacted the
consumer program on BBC 3 counties.
That got her JSA running. Then it was stopped. No reason or explanation
given ...

not for me, my parents in law retired 3 months ago, he's aged about 62,
she's 59, he was made redundant, she was a child minder, but had enough of
the beurocracy, courses she had to go on etc, it was no longer child
minding, she was an underpaid teacher.

The clock is ticking, how long will it take from now until I get to
tribunal.
A DM might reverse the decision, but I doubt it.
How long will it take to reinstate ESA pending the appeal.
What happens if I lose the appeal.

Been away for a week, came back today to find a letter on the mat saying
someone from JCplus needs to talk to me about my claim (been on IS with the
disability premium for years, have ulcaretive colitis, ankylosing
spondylitis, arthritis in my hips, knees and ankles, am anemic... oh and i
can't spell either :) ...

Well it went from bad to worse.
In relation to the LTAHAW.
A few weeks had passed before any further news till today and they all
came at once.
First letter my housing association bod has informed me that I am no
longer receiving housing benefit and that I need to contact them asap

Hello,
I have received Job Seekers Allowance and Housing Benefit for 16
months. When I claimed both, my savings were about ¡ê2500, now they are
well over ¡ê4000, this due to various repayments, including tax refund.
As they are both well below the max allowed to get the Benefits
(¡ê16000 for JSA and ¡ê6000 for ...
