We got got caught up in the XL Airways fiasco, yes our holiday was through
them. Thankfully though the agaency had ATOL insurance cover so Thomsons are
picking up the pieces. The upshot of it is they have given us a new holiday,

They wrote money off before so this will be the second write off, absolute
proof that thay only chase easy targets.
Presumably the pwc have no say in the matter, no redress to law and no
compensation for CSA failures.
Obviously it pays to avoid paying in the long term, at least for the Irish.

had a nil assessment and haven't paid for a year as I wasn't working.
Started working but never told the Gestapo. Got a letter the other day " We
have been told you are working" and asking for name of employer etc.
Have changed jobs twice since I started back at work (About 3 months ago).
