Two systems
Thu, 24 May 2007 19:34:44 +0100
Heard some debate on 5 live radio the other morning about the csa. There was
some Lord something or other on from the government going on about 'getting
tough' with absent fathers(never mothers you might note). A lot of the
debate however seemed to be about the two systems. Richard Bacon (presenter)
asked the ...

Move to New Rules
Thu, 24 May 2007 19:33:19 +0100
Currently on old rules and paying nearly ¡ê500 a month. One of my kids has
recently moved in with me. Ex refused to do a private deal for the other
kids so I have decided to make a claim against her for maintenance. Is it
possible that this will move me onto the new rules as this would make my
payments be about ...

Redundancy
24 May 2007 03:34:09 -0700
Hi
I've just been given notice that I'm going to be made redundant at the
end of June. Will the CSA be trying to grab a proportion of my
redundancy money? What should I do about the level of my assessment as
I sure as hell won't be able to afford it as June!
Regards
Gilbert

I forgot to mention the other alternative to NACSA is, may I suggest,
to get one of the elected Gods that are Labour MPs to pass a law
making you exempt from the Freedom of Information Act, (as they have
just done to hide details of their expense accounts paid for from our
taxes) so limiting the CSAs powers of inv ...

Where now?
Fri, 18 May 2007 16:20:14 GMT
Recently I heard that my daughter had dropped out of college and is now
working. I contacted CSA who contacted the mother, who told them that she
was still in college. (as we expected she would). They have told us that
her word is all they need and therefore we should carry on paying. If we not
happy about ...
