nil assessment

i,ve been on incapacity benefit previously got a nil assessment .
Circumstances havn't changed still unable to work. Now got a letter
asking me to set up a standing order. struggling as it is .Question
can the CSA deduct from incapacity benifit?.

recently moved in with me. Ex refused to do a private deal for the other
kids so I have decided to make a claim against her for maintenance. Is it

Redundancy

Hi
I've just been given notice that I'm going to be made redundant at the
end of June. Will the CSA be trying to grab a proportion of my
redundancy money? What should I do about the level of my assessment as
I sure as hell won't be able to afford it as June!
