tell me where I can get information on the proposed changes to the CSA
that are due sometime in the next year or so? I read on the news that
they are going to scrap the CSA, how will the new agency handle
maintenance calculation, collections, exist ...

which post it was now!!
Anyway, having had a deeper look at this, i can see no specific reference to
notional income being considered as income for child support purposes under
CS2 legislation.
