story short they said my case was being closed on the 10th of
september (i have asked for written confirmation of this)

I could do with a bit of advice, please.
I am in the middle of a Divorce, and am paying what I believe is an
extortionate amount of maintenance a week. My ex will only work 16 hours a
week, she says she's too upset to work (2 years after the seperation).

CSA have removed the name and shame list from their website.
Some where in government there must be some people with some common sense
and in this case they appear to have made the gestapo understand the idiocy
of this list and have had it removed. Just maybe these people will contine
'educating' the Gestapo. ...

For five years, my wife's ex has been sticking two fingers up at us and the
CSA regarding payments for his two children who reside with us. He has
always said "they will never get me" and has now ramped up a notional

I have my 8 daughter every second weekend, and nearly every school holiday
and always as X-Mas, Easter, Birthday, CSA have contacted me and have
demanded details from me i.e. wage slips, bank details, place of work
location but have not given me any forms to fill in or anything to state my
side of the story.. ...

Be very careful here as I tried going down this route when on CS1 and
CS2. On CS1 as DLA was being received they said that extra costs
incurred were covered by DLA. Under CS2 DLA wasn't being received but
they passed on info concerning my child to my partner's ex even
quoting my child as being terminally ill when ...
